I’m really proud of the entire team – we work hard to source incredible wines, building relationships with fantastic winemakers and producers from all over the world, focussing on the wines and grape varieties from the Rhone Valley, the home of Maison Pic. It’s a particular honour to be recognised alongside such a high calibre of restaurants.” says Jan Konetzki.
